Calendar Demos A 90 minute presentation by a well-known artist or knowledgeable person associated with the arts. General Meetings Monthly general meetings are held the last Thursday of each month at the gallery. Programs relating to the arts are planned for each meeting. Visitors are encouraged to attend. Board Meetings Monthly board meetings are held the first Thursday of each month at the gallery. GLAA members are encouraged to attend. Open Studio Are you constantly distracted when you try to paint at home or can't get in the mood? If this happens to you, GLAA has a solution. The open paint sessions are available to any member, friend, or fellow artist. We only ask a $1.00 fee to help pay for the building use. Just show up and bring whatever you are working on. Give yourself the gift of a quiet afternoon to do something that you love.

I am working on getting her to come up from Chicago for a presentation.
