| Oil Painting for the Absolute Beginner | This class is designed for "the absolute beginning 'wannabe' oil painter". Classes will include discussion and use of a variety of supports, brushes, and mediums. How to begin a painting using line, color, form and composition will be discussed. Painting begins the very first class! Still life, landscape, portrait and abstract painting will be discussed letting the student try their hand at each. A minimum of three paintings will be completed during the 6 week session with students deciding on what genre they would like to focus. This class is informal and students should come in clothing that they don't mind getting paint on...it's inevitable! A list of supplies needed for the class will be sent to students upon registering for the class. Come and join a fun group focused on beginning a great oil painting journey! Please contact Mary by phone: 262-248-0433 or by email: mloumc@charter.net to register. Please register by January 10, 2012.
